We do our best at FrameologyPictureFrames.com to keep current inventory on our picture frames. This assures that you will always know which picture frames are in stock or on back order. All frames not in stock will clearly state that on their product page. We will do our very best to ensure that the picture frame you want will be in stock and on time for that special occasion. If by chance a frame is said to be in stock and is not, this is an accident and we are not liable for any issues pertaining to these situations. If there is a shipping problem that arises due to the before said situation, we will hold the order until the situation is resolved and we make contact with the customer.

Please note that our Taylor Framed Customizable photo frames can take up to a month to receive. This is generally not the case but as these frames are new and extremely popular, your frames may not be shipped right away. We are doing our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible.

It is our goal at Frameologypictureframes.com to provide 100% satisfaction for our customers.

• We will accept picture frame returns within 15 days of original ship date. Picture frames and their packaging must be returned unused and in resalable condition. All frames returned that are not in an unused/resalable condition will not be refunded.
• A return authorization is required to return our picture frames. Please email returns@frameologypictureframes.com for a return request. Please do not send back packages without prior authorization, as they will be refused. The customer is responsible for return freight charges.
• Upon receiving the authorized returned package, we will issue a full refund, less shipping and handling.
• If damage has occurred and you feel that it was due to mishandling by the freight carrier, please contact Customer Service at (714) 289-8137 to advise immediately. We will then file a claim. Please keep all packaging until claim has been settled.
• Refused or Undeliverable Merchandise will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and freight charges will not be refunded.

If you would like to exchange your frame, please email returns@frameologypictureframes.com. Please inform us of the frame you wish to exchange it for as long as the frame and box are in unused, resalable condition. Exchange freight will be customer responsibility (to return and reship.)

Any frames that have chips, scratches, etc. due to manufacture flaw will gladly be replaced. These incidents must be reported within 5 business days of frame receipt. Please inspect your frame as soon as you received it.

We ship all our picture frames via United Parcel Service ("UPS"). We use a real time calulator that uses your zip code and the weight of your total order to determine the apporiate shipping costs. Please understand that we are not making money on our shipping rates. These rates cover the costs of shipping and packaging material only.

Please note that UPS cannot deliver packages to a P.O. Box. All packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped UPS 2 Day Air. Insurance is included on all packages. Please inspect your package upon arrival. We ask that you do not accept packages showing signs of external damage. Please notify us of damaged merchandise as soon as possible so we can file a claim with UPS. Any package opened with obvious, visible, external damage may not be returned.

Expected Delivery Time

All orders placed Monday - Friday are shipped within 24 hours from time of purchase. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day. The approximate shipping time-in-transit depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout. Please use the map provided by UPS below to calculate approximate delivery time for UPS Ground. (Please note: UPS only picks up/delivers packages on business days):

Frameology Picture Frames does not collect sales tax on purchases shipped to destinations out of the state of California. Shipments to California residents will be subject to 7.75% sales tax.
